2 Peter 3:18 - "but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen."

We have ongoing ministries to help any one who comes to our church grow. From the individual who is coming to church for the first time in their life to the long time Christian who has had a relationship with Christ for decades.  Our goal is to see each one who comes grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ.

There are many aspects to "growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18).  One of the most simple starts by coming to a service so you can be challenged from the word.  Our service times are listed here.

If you have a specific stumbling block or hurdle that you find is stunting your growth, or if you feel like you've plateaued in your spiritual relationship with Christ, we over Biblical Counseling - open to members and non-members alike.

If you need a spiritual pick-me up or want to listen to a past sermon, listening to past sermon recordings can help you grow.

There are Bible Studies available if you want to study the Bible with a small group of believers.  Small Groups also help us continue to grow as we come together to discuss how we can apply the Sunday Morning sermon.

As you grow, you should be seeking to connect. Connect to the church, a ministry, and others

Our Goal

It is our privilege as Christians to come alongside to help and encourage one another through the problems of life.  We believe the Bible is sufficient and superior in providing hope and help.  We are committed not only to help people overcome their current problems, but also to train them to live all their lives in a manner that leads to increasing maturity in the Lord (2 Peter 1:2-10).

We counsel individuals, families and couples with such issues as: abuse, anxiety, anger, bitterness, depression, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationships.  Our interpretation of life situations and relationships is shaped by the way we think.  These interpretations also reflect what we worship, what or whom we serve-God or something else in creation.

What Kind of Counseling?

This philosophy has been called "nouthetic" counseling.  Genuine Biblical counseling uses the Bible to help people make sense out of life.  For more information please visit the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (formerly known as NANC) website at http://www.biblicalcounseling.com.

The Counselee's Commitment is to:

-    demonstrate a willingness to work at changing and growing in Christ, with the help of the Holy Spirit

-    be faithful and prompt for appointments

-    complete homework designed to address specific issues and promote growth in Christ

-    make homework assignments the priority over other books or Bible studies during counseling

There is no charge for counseling, books or materials.  The financial support of this ministry depends entirely on donations.
